I got interviewed by the host (Pat Parnell) of "The Daily Habit" on Fuel Tv to air August 3rd Monday. We mostly re-capped my 08/09 season aka being ripped off at few events by lame judges (Dew Tour Stop @ Northstar) and winning the last event of the season ( Roxy Chicken Jam @ Mammoth).
Besides answering a lot of questions about my season we talked a lot about my long relationship with my outerwear company VOLCOM. From how i became a part of the Volcom Family in the mid-ninties to present day. They are going to air a bunch of really old Janna Grommet footage from the first Volcom movies aka The Garden and Alive We Ride. As well as more recent footage from this last season and Roxy Chicken Jam.
Basically we chat about how i am an old fart and still doing what i do and how Volcom has been a part in it the whole way. ---Janna

It’s hosted by Pat Parnell, NBC television commentator for the Olympic Games and the Dew Action Sports Tour. The Daily Habit airs each night at 6:00pm PT and is re-aired later in the evening at 9:00pm PT, and the following weekday at 11:30am PT and 2:30pm PT.
Janna is enjoying her summer, in typical pro snowboarder fashion...she is currently in New Zealand for the Burton Open and then a Volcom photo shoot.
In more "chicks who rip" kind of news, Ashley Thornton has returned from her amazing trip to Iceland. If you recall, Ashley was the grand prize winner for the 2009 Nikita Snowboard Clip Contest.
